Meet Cheeto, a three year old Domestic Shorthair cat.

Cheeto may have had a rough start, but you'd never know it by how much love he gives. He came to us looking like he'd been fending for himself on the streets for a while - underweight, with a nasty upper respiratory infection (now fully treated and cleared), a scar on his back leg from an old injury, and a healing bite wound.

But through it all, Cheeto has remained the sweetest, most affectionate boy. He has big purrs, makes happy biscuits, and just wants to be held, loved, and petted. In fact, during his photoshoot, he refused to pose - he was too busy soaking up attention and leaning in for more pets.

Cheeto is easy to handle, loves being close to people, and is ready to leave his tough past behind for a future filled with snuggles, safety, and care.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
