Meet Tatum, an eight-year-old male cat weighing 12 pounds.

Tatum is a sweet, older gentleman who's been through more than most cats, but you'd never know it from his calm and loving nature. He came to us with injuries to his face that appeared to be burns. Thanks to lots of care and his own quiet resilience, he's healed beautifully, though he does have some reduced vision as a result.

Tatum is a low-key, mellow guy who enjoys the simple things in life - a soft bed, a gentle pet, and a peaceful place to nap. He may not have perfect sight, but he more than makes up for it with his sweet heart and soulful presence.

He's not one to demand attention, but once he trusts you, he'll gladly share his quiet affection and companionship. Tatum would do best in a calm, loving home where he can feel safe and settled.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
