|Meet Ms. Top|
Are you a fan of Parkour?
You know that scene from the "Office" when Michael Scott has discovered Parkour? That is Ms. Top when she gets excited, especially for a toy! We aren't saying this to scare anyone away, we are hoping to find her perfect match that will find her antic as funny as we do and be willing to reign in a few of them because at 62 pound Ms. Top is a little big to be Parkour-ing off of you!
Ms. Top will do just about anything for a toy and takes toy-playing very seriously. Despite this she is surprisingly gentle when you reach down to take the toy from her. She is built like a line backer and needs some leash manners and to learn she is a bit too big to throw caution to the wind and jump on any surface to get a toy. Ms. Top probably isn't the dog for everyone, but we know someone is out there and will see this segxy lady and fall right in love. Ms. Top hasn't met a person she doesn't like, she actually was so excited to meet people she wagged her tail too hard causing injury to it and our vet had to dock half of it for her health (don't worry it didn't affect her balance for Parkour). At almost two and a half she has a lot of life ahead of her and wants to spending it as your partner in crime!
If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been received.
A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Adopt Don't Shop.
NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 24-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
