Meet Gringito, a 4-year-old male Husky mix.
If Gringito had a dream job we assume it would be as a Lawyer because this boy loves to hear himself talk. We adore our conversations with Gringito and would like to think he loves them as well. Gringito was brought to the adoption center by the city of Moxee. He was previously microchipped but sadly his owners gave him to someone else and couldn't provide us with their information. He is a happy boy despite his complaints against the "establishment" and loves all people, men and women. Gringito went to vet tech for a week and they also reported that he did well for his bath and brush out and got along with other dogs. We did a small brushing session prior to his most recent photo shoot and although he talks the whole time you are brushing him, making you think he wouldn't be enjoying it, his actions show otherwise as he occasionally closes his eyes and leans into the brush. This boy could also have been a comedian in another life and is just all all around goober. We don't know why he keeps getting overlooked with those ice blue eyes and his handsome face. If you are a lover of Huskies Gringito might just be the boy for you! If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-6854. If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been received. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Adopt Don't Shop. |
