Meet JoJo, a three and a half year old American Staffie mix weighing around 50 pounds.

Jojo originally came to us back in 2023 with her puppies. We though we found her home in 2024 but they then rehomed her. She was then brought in with another dog and when her new owner came to redeem the other dog they told us they wouldn't be redeeming her. Now we are on the search to find this sweet girl her true forever home. This friendly girl is treat motivated and knows the commands "sit" and "shake". She enjoys going for walks in the park and is a joy to be around. We know her forever home is out there we just have to help her find it.

Our adoption fee includes a lovable companion, spay/neuter, vaccinations and intestinal worming, flea/tick treatment, rabies vaccine (for pets over 3-4 months of age) and a microchip with nationwide registration. Your adoption fee helps support YHS and our spay/neuter efforts in the community to end overpopulation of cats and dogs.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
