Meet Rascal, a one and a half year old Staffie/Pit mix weighing around 50 pounds.

Rascal is a sweet, friendly boy with a unique cow-like coat and a heart full of love. He came to us extremely underweight, and while his previous owner said they would come back for him, they never did. Now Rascal is on the road to recovery, slowly putting on the weight he needs and soaking up all the love he's been missing.

This charming guy walks well on leash and really enjoys his daily strolls. And when he gets excited? He lets out the cutest little yodel-you'll have to hear it to believe it! Rascal is ready for a fresh start with a family who will give him the care, affection, and belly rubs he deserves. Could that be you?

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
