Meet Judge, a five year old German Shepherd weighing 92 pounds.

Judge was found out in the country before being brought to us; his finder thinks Judge was dumped but we don't know how he ended up out there. Judge is a very handsome German Shepherd and lovers of the breed will love him. He is a mature, well-mannered boy who walks well on his leash and likes to stand near his people or be in close proximity to them. Judge's finder said he rides well in the car and likes to play with sticks. He would do best in a home without cats and we always recommend a meet and greet prior to adoption if you have another dog in the home. He was adopted out but returned due to a personality conflict between him and their other dogs. The other dogs weren't a fan of Judge in their house and Judge wasn't a fan of their attitude. We think Judge could be fine in a home with other dogs if the other dogs are more welcoming to him. His adopter said Judge did great in a kennel and held his potty all night. He was a lover boy, very smart and learned the rules of the house quickly. Judge enjoyed meeting new people and just wanted to please. We really hope we can find a forever home for this distinguished gentleman soon.

Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit.
