Meet Luffie, a three year old American Bull Dog/Staffie mix weighing just over 60 pounds.

Luffie was found running around with Scout, they both had collars on that had their name and some information about them on it (such as Luffie have "abandonment issues") but no owner contact info which was pretty sad. We aren't sure why they would detail all that information but not include their phone numbers. Luffie is a beefcake and seems to be a very sensitive and sweet boy. He is friendly but a bit unsure and is slowly adjusting to life at the shelter, which is a pretty scary place for a lot of dogs. Luffie is looking for someone to see beyond his muscles and realize what a sweet soul he has. We are determined to find Luffie a forever home that will make him feel so safe and secure he never has to worry about being abandoned or coming to the Humane Society ever again.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
