Meet Oscar, a ten month old German Shepherd/Greyhound mix weighing around 50 pounds.
Oscar was brought in to us by someone, unfortunately we didn't have room for him at the time but we gave them a bag of dog food to help with his care and placed them on our waitlist. However, someone informed us that they left him tied up to a trash can on the green way with the bag of food we had given him. We can't imagine ever doing that, and Oscar is most definitely not trash. This boy is active, outgoing and smart as a whip. He picks up information quickly and although he is a teenager and still learning his manners he has a ton of potential. We see this guy doing really well with his new family.
