Meet Dolly, a six month old Australian Kelpie/Lab mix weighing around 30 pounds.

Say hello to Dolly - a gentle soul with a heart full of love to give. When Dolly first arrived, she was covered in ticks and clearly hadn't known much care or comfort. Despite it all, she's remained incredibly sweet and affectionate. She's treat motivated, enjoys gentle pets, and absolutely loves to snuggle. The shelter environment can be a bit overwhelming for her, but Dolly is trying her best to be brave. She blossoms with one-on-one attention and is already showing her loving, loyal nature. All she really wants is a kind human to curl up next to and a safe place to call home. Dolly has been around other dogs and is working on her kitty manners but she does like to chase birds in the yard. If you're looking for a gentle companion who will melt into your arms and be forever grateful for your love, Dolly is ready to meet you.

A lovable new companion, spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations + deworming, flea/tick treatment, rabies vaccine (for pets 3-4 months and older), and microchip with nationwide registration.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
