Meet Coco, a five year old Poodle/Yorkie mix weighing around 8 pounds.

Coco is a sweet, gentle girl who was recently owner surrendered along with her puppies due to having too many animals in the home. Now that her mama duties are over, Coco is ready for a fresh start-and a family to call her own. According to her previous owners, Coco is potty trained and great with people of all ages, including kids. She's also friendly with other dogs and even cats, making her a wonderful fit for many types of homes. While she's a little shy at first-understandable with all the recent changes-she has a charming head tilt that will melt your heart and a calm, loving spirit that shines through once she feels safe. Coco will need regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best, and she'd love a quiet, nurturing home where she can truly relax and be loved. A lovable new companion, spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations + deworming, flea/tick treatment, rabies vaccine (for pets 3-4 months and older), and microchip with nationwide registration.
Every adoption helps support YHS and our community spay/neuter programs to end pet overpopulation.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
