Meet Jimmy, a two year old Pit mix weighing 60 pounds.

When animal control brought Jimmy to us, they told us his owners had abandoned him. We can't imagine why-because Jimmy is nothing short of amazing.

This handsome boy has piercing, expressive eyes that will melt your heart and a personality to match. He's incredibly friendly, eager to please, and thrives on love and attention. Treats? He's all about them, especially when showing off his skills-Jimmy already knows "sit" and "down"!

Jimmy is a well-mannered, affectionate guy who just wants to be close to his people. He's ready to leave the past behind and start fresh with someone who will never let him go.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
