Meet Stubbs!

Stubbs is a 1-year-old brindle Pitbull with the sweetest personality. He was recently surrendered to us by his previous owner, and while that change has left him a little unsure, his gentle and loving nature still shines through.

This handsome boy is a total sweetheart who enjoys affection and just wants to be close to his people. He can be a bit timid when meeting new faces-especially men-but with patience and kindness, Stubbs warms up and shows what a loyal companion he can be.

Stubbs is ready to leave his past behind and find a forever family who will give him the love, security, and fresh start he deserves.

Please do your breed research before adopting a Terrier mix. They can be a bit stubborn at times and need lots of physical and mental stimulus to keep them happy. Terrier mixes can be strong-willed and need an equally determined person to keep them in line. Terriers are fun, athletic and smart. Many people have fallen in love with them over the years, but it is important to keep their breed needs in mind if you are considering adding one to your household.

Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit.
