Milo is a 1-year-old Retriever with a striking black and grey coat and a heart full of love. This handsome young guy is sweet, social, and eager to connect with the world around him. He enjoys the company of other dogs and does well with kids, and once he feels safe and settled, he's full of tail wags, kisses, and affectionate snuggles.
Milo came to us with the help of an officer, and it's clear that while he hasn't had much training or socialization yet, he's already showing just how smart, gentle, and loving he can be. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, Milo is ready to learn and truly shine. He's looking for a home that's excited to guide him as he grows into the amazing companion he's meant to be.
Milo will need a cat-free home (he just can't resist the chase!) and one without chickens, but he'll thrive with people and pups who can match his playful, happy energy.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
