Meet Toffee!
This beautiful 1-year-old German Shepherd mix has all the makings of a loyal, loving companion-she just needs the right person to help her shine. She recently stayed with her finder for a few days, and here's what they learned about her:

She's an affectionate, gentle soul with no mean bone in her body. She bonds quickly, loves people and dogs, and is comfortable being handled anywhere. She's also housebroken-she just does best with consistency and structure. She already knows the sit command and is eager to learn more.

This girl has a youthful, curious nature. She'll bark at normal dog things, enjoys exploring, and has a strong prey drive, so a home without cats is best. She's an escape artist, so she'll need a secure setup-she can clear a 3'8" fence, so a high, sturdy (ideally 6 ft) fence is important.

Despite her athleticism, she's an easygoing sweetheart at heart. No food aggression, friendly with everyone she meets, and always ready to make new friends.

If you're looking for a bright, loving young shepherd who just needs guidance and a secure yard, she could be the perfect match. She's ready to bond deeply with her person-maybe that's you.
