Meet Pat!

Pat is a young Border Collie with a gentle heart and a bright mind. This sweet girl recently finished raising her puppies and is now ready for a loving home of her own.

Pat is smart and eager to please-she already knows sit and lay down and would love someone who enjoys teaching new tricks and keeping her mind engaged. She's affectionate, people-loving, and happiest when she's by your side.

Like many herding breeds, Pat can get a little too excited around livestock, so she'll need a home without farm animals. But with people? She's nothing but love, tail wags, and soft eyes.

Pat is ready for a fresh start, a cozy bed, and a family who will adore her as much as she adores them.
If you're looking for a sweet, loyal, and intelligent companion, Pat is waiting to meet you!

Please do your breed research before applying to adopt. Australian Cattle Dogs and other herding breeds are special dogs with special requirements. These dogs were bred to have a job, and without the right activity level/purpose they won't flourish which can lead to issues down the road. Herding dogs are incredibly smart and need to be challenged both physically and mentally to really be happy. Even though each dog is a unique individual, don't forget, they were bred to herd things and can at times be mouthy and/or nippy. Cattle Dogs are a fun, active breed that many have fallen in love with over the years, but please keep their breed needs in mind if you are considering adding one to your household.
