Meet Petey!
Petey is a 3.5-year-old male Lhasa Apso/Terrier mix with a cute blond coat and long hair that gives him tons of charm. Because of his beautiful coat, Petey will need a home that's prepared for regular grooming to keep him comfortable and looking his best.

Petey was brought in by animal control after being reported for chasing kids on bikes, but since arriving at the adoption center he has been nothing but sweet and affectionate with staff. He's proven himself to be a good boy all around-easy to handle, good on leash, and respectful of his space by keeping a clean kennel.

With his gentle nature and good manners, Petey could be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, well-behaved dog who just needs a little coat care and love.

Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit.
