Meet Yulan, a three year old Lab/Pit mix weighing 58 pounds.

(Yulan comes from "gylden," the Norwegian word for golden-and it suits him perfectly.)

Yulan is a kind, gentle, and incredibly sweet boy who has already shown just how special he is. The wonderful people who found him cared for him in their home until we had space, and they couldn't say enough good things about him.

He's a total lap dog at heart, happiest when he's curled up close for a nap. When he's not snoozing, he enjoys tug-of-war, playful moments, and exploring the world with friendly curiosity.

Yulan was potty trained in his finder's home and did beautifully living in a family setting. He's been great with kids of all ages, including children as young as three, and has done well with small dogs and even the local stray cats. His friendly, gentle demeanor makes him an easy dog to love.

With his golden personality, affectionate nature, and well-rounded social skills, Yulan would make a wonderful family companion or cozy best friend. He's ready to find a forever home where he can nap, play, and be someone's constant shadow.
