Meet Adam, a one-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing 70 pounds.

Adam is a resilient and loving German Shepherd mix who has already overcome so much. He came to us after being hit by a car and sustained significant road rash on his back legs. Thanks to a month of care and healing, he's back on his paws and thriving!

Adam is the kind of dog who will devote himself completely to his person. He's extremely human-oriented and thrives on companionship-think of him as a velcro dog who wants to be wherever you are. Smart and eager to learn, Adam is already making progress with his training, including his "off" command and curbing his mouthiness.

Like many German Shepherds, Adam is intelligent, loyal, and protective, making him a wonderful candidate for an active home that can provide mental stimulation, consistent training, and lots of love. With his gentle heart and strong bond potential, Adam is ready to find someone to share all his affection and loyalty with.

Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit.
