Franklin is a 7-year-old male Papillon/Chihuahua mix with a big heart packed into a little body. He and his equally friendly companion, Francine, were found as strays in Yakima and are now hoping to find loving forever homes.

Franklin is a sweet, affectionate boy who truly enjoys being around people. He's social, gentle, and always right at the front of his kennel, tail wagging, eager to say hello to anyone who walks by. He loves attention and is happiest when he's close to his humans.

Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit.
