Meet Nala, a two-year-old American Bulldog/American Bully mix weighing 70 pounds.

Nala is a gorgeous, lovable "land hippo" with a big heart and an even bigger personality! This strong, blue-coated beauty is looking for a home where she can truly shine and receive the time, attention, and love she deserves.

Nala was surrendered by her previous owner due to a lack of time to give her the attention she needed. Now she's ready for a fresh start with a family who can appreciate all the wonderful things that make her special.

Nala loves her people and is eager to engage, especially when praise and treats are involved! She's treat-motivated and already knows "sit," "down," and "shake." She's a smart girl who enjoys learning and showing off her skills.

This playful pup loves having fun, especially when a ball is involved. She's a big fan of chasing toys-she's just still working on the "bring it back" part! Nala's previous family also reported that she was potty trained, making her ready to settle into a new home.

With her happy spirit, loyal nature, and just a little bit of adorable slobber, Nala has so much love to give. Because she enjoys chasing, she would do best in a home without cats or small animals. She'll thrive with a family that can provide structure, exercise, patience, and plenty of affection.

Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit.
