Meet Timber, a nine-month-old Malamute/German Shepherd mix weighing 62 pounds.

Timber came to us after being seized by Animal Control along with six other dogs. Having spent her entire life indoors with very little socialization, her world has been turned completely upside down.

Despite everything she's been through, Timber's heart is full of love. She's an absolute sweetheart who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. If you're looking for a Velcro dog, Timber is your girl-she'll happily stick by your side and soak up every bit of affection you're willing to give.

While she's still adjusting to all the new sights, sounds, and experiences around her, Timber is more outgoing than many of her siblings and has done surprisingly well walking on a leash. She's eager to connect with people and gains confidence with gentle encouragement.

Timber is simply a good girl who deserves the chance to experience what it's like to be a cherished family member. With patience, kindness, and a loving home, she's sure to continue blossoming into an incredible companion.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
