Meet Paul, a two year old Staffie/Lab mix weighing 44 pounds.

Paul is a sweet boy who is looking for a fresh start after being found abandoned at a park. When he first arrived, he was very scared and unsure, especially when it came to the leash. It's clear that walking on a leash is something new for him, but with patience and encouragement, he is learning.

Despite everything he's been through, Paul's sweet personality shines through. He is a happy, affectionate guy who loves to snuggle and enjoys being close to his people. He has a gentle nature and truly wants to please.

Paul will do best with a family willing to go at his pace, help build his confidence, and show him the love and security he deserves. With patience and kindness, this sweet boy is ready to become a wonderful companion.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
