Meet Gus, a three-year-old Retriever/German Wirehaired Pointer mix weighing around 60 pounds.

Gus is a one-of-a-kind guy with a personality just as unique as his funky wire hair! This scruffy little goofball is full of charm and ready to bring some fun and laughter into his forever home.

Gus is outgoing, friendly, and always happy to meet new people. He's the kind of dog who makes friends easily and keeps everyone smiling with his silly, lovable personality. Whether he's exploring, playing, or just being his goofy self, Gus is sure to keep life entertaining.

This playful guy absolutely loves tennis balls and squeaky toys-anything that lets him have a little fun is right up his alley! He enjoys staying busy and would love a family who will include him in adventures and give him plenty of opportunities to play.

Gus has also spent time around other dogs while with his finders and did well, though as with any adoption, a meet-and-greet with resident pets is always recommended.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
