Meet Scruffles, a nine-month-old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix weighing 12 pounds.

Scruffles is a fluffy little teddy bear come to life! When he arrived, he was badly matted and in need of some serious TLC, but with a little care and a fresh start, his sweet personality has been able to shine through.

This adorable guy is friendly, outgoing, and ready to meet the world. Scruffles is a curious little explorer who loves checking things out and being part of the action. He has a silly, lovable personality that makes him impossible not to smile around.

Scruffles will need regular grooming moving forward to keep his coat comfortable, healthy, and looking as amazing as he deserves. His future family should be prepared to make grooming a normal part of his routine-something that will help him continue feeling his best.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
