Meet Buckley, a one-and-a-half-year-old German Shepherd/Chow mix weighing 84 pounds.

If you're looking for a dog who brings smiles wherever he goes, Buckley is your guy!

This fluffy, friendly goofball has never met a person he didn't want to be friends with. Buckley is incredibly human-oriented and loves being close to his people-so close, in fact, that he doesn't quite understand the concept of personal space. Don't be surprised if he decides your feet are the perfect place to sit while you go about your day!

Buckley has a joyful spirit and a playful personality. One of his favorite things is rolling around in the grass, soaking up the sunshine, and generally being the happy, lovable goober that he is. He's always ready for affection, adventure, or just hanging out with his favorite humans.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
