Meet Doug, a ten year old Siberian Husky mix weighing 68 pounds.

Doug is the sweetest older gentleman you could ever hope to meet. This true love bug has clearly had a tough road recently, arriving with a severe ear infection and a worn-down coat, but despite everything he's been through, his gentle and loving spirit shines bright.

Doug is the kind of dog who just wants to be close to his people. He loves snuggles, enjoys affection, and has a heart full of love to give. He is gentle, kind, and absolutely fantastic on a leash.

Now, Doug is ready for the next chapter of his life-a comfortable home where he can relax, be loved, and enjoy his golden years surrounded by the care and kindness he deserves.

We truly can't say enough wonderful things about Doug. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion with so much love left to give, Doug is waiting to meet you.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
