Meet Rosie, a three year old Pit mix weighing 43 pounds.

Rosie is a sweet, easygoing girl with the cutest big ears and a heart that's just as big. She came to us after her owner made the difficult decision to surrender her due to becoming homeless. While it was a heartbreaking choice, it's clear Rosie was loved, and now she's ready to find a new family to call her own.

This lovely medium-sized pup has a gentle personality and enjoys soaking up all the attention she can get. She especially loves squeaky toys and is happiest when she's spending time with her people. Rosie has a mellow, affectionate nature that makes her an easy companion, whether you're relaxing at home or enjoying a leisurely walk.

According to her previous owner, Rosie is potty trained. She gets along well with other dogs and does great with kids, making her a wonderful addition to many families. However, she would do best in a home without cats.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters may be required to have proof of landlord approval.
