Meet Athena - The Warrior Mama with a Heart of Gold

Athena is a resilient, loving girl who's been through a lot-and come out the other side with nothing but love to give. This sweet mama was abandoned with her puppies, left to fend for them on her own. Despite her rough start, she stepped up like the goddess she's named after and raised her babies with strength, patience, and endless care.

Now that her puppies are weaned and starting lives of their own, it's finally Athena's turn to be spoiled and cherished in a forever home.

Athena is calm, affectionate, and thrives in a peaceful environment. She's been an amazing mom, and now she's ready to just be someone's dog-whether that means couch cuddles, gentle walks, or simply being near her people.

NOTE: All pre-adoption questionnaires are subject to approval. Adopters must be 18 years of age. Entire families may be required to visit, including resident dog(s). 48-hour adoption holds may be placed on any animal (for approved adopters) with a non-refundable deposit. All dogs must leave with a collar and leash. All cats must leave in a pet carrier for their safety. Renters are required to have proof of landlord approval.
