Small, 15 lb black dog with wavy fur, tufted ears and tail. Resembles a small Australian shepherd mix. Seems like he is a puppy, paw pads arent rough, teeth are clean. He has ticks, and havent heard him bark. He was shivering and afraid during fireworks. Found around 10 pm on Juky 4th, location near Willowcrest and Waneta Rd, between Stocer Rd and Tear Rd.
He is at our house, has been fed, had a place to sleep, out dig tolerates him. Cat hates him. but he is OK for now. If he us yours, please come get him or I can taje him to you. In 30 days, I might keep him because he seems like a great dog!
