He's a sweet boy, who clearly had an owner. He sits, and lays on command. He was found on the 410 with a wet bandana and no collar. He's clearly a pup, not neutered.
Currently located in Tacoma, WA. We had reached out to the forest ranger/police and they more or less implied it'd be better for us to do the foot work to keep him from out of animal control/a pound. We wanted to see if he was chipped, but had to check in Tacoma as there are no vets in Naches.
