He was found tied up outside of the Xpress Liquor Mart and was apparently there all day. He is very sweet and looks very well taken care of! He has a chihuahua looking face, corgi body, and a mixed brown/black tail.
I will be taking him to the vet this Friday to see if he is chipped and for a clean bill of health.
