Large dog. Friendly but scared. Found walking along to Summitview toward town. He was scared so would not come to me. Stopped and looked and me and tried to come but was so afraid. Nonagressive. Well fed and clean. He's lost. Tried to get a pic but he was clearly on a mission. Someone must be missing him.
