Very small, maybe 5lbs possibly miniature pinscher. Has a skin issue, very thin, super sweet demeanor, maybe 3years old? Seems otherwise healthy.
I’m quite certain he was dumped in the orchards near my house in Tieton. He slept on my back porch all night in the cold. I cannot keep him. He’s very sweet and adoptable.
