Found by local rescuer tied to pole — sounds like he was left after an arrest.
We took him in and got him fixed chipped and vaxxed and he is now in foster care. But we would like the opportunity to reunite him with his owner. A woman claims owner (maybe named Austin?) was arrested and dog was left.
